About UDIH

We support the public and private sectors in the transition to a more innovative and sustainable utility infrastructure by:

• building a test and demonstration environment;
• technology demonstrations and training;
• advice and access to expertise and funding;
• partnerships between business, research organisations and the administration.

• digital transformation services targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises, municipalities and public organisations;
• a simulation environment for testing and demonstration where new technologies can be validated with real data and infrastructure;
• training and skills development, in partnership with academic and technology organisations;
• support to access funding, through advice and preparation of project proposals;

The European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) are a network of centres set up under the Digital Europe programme to support digital transformation across the EU.

Their role is to provide businesses and public organisations with access to:

• testing new technologies before investment;
• training and development of digital skills;
• expert advice and technology solutions;
• European and national partnership networks;
• support in applying for funding.

UDIH 4EU is part of this vision – we turn European priorities into practical solutions for businesses, public organisations and utility infrastructure in Bulgaria and the region.

   • Testing digital solutions. Take advantage of the test and demonstration environment to check solutions before real deployment.
   • Team skills development. Participate in hands-on training focused on the digitalization of the utility sector.
   • Consultations on digitalization solutions. Work with experts to assess needs, make recommendations for technology implementation, and increase efficiency.
   • Funding advice. Get assistance in preparing and applying for European and national programmes.

2. AS A PARTNER
   • Expert Trainer. You deliver practical training that meets the real needs of the sector, while showing how your technologies work in practice.
   • Infrastructure Partner. Contribute to the test and demonstration environment by providing technology, equipment or know-how
   • Participant in the test and demonstration environment.. Test and validate your solutions through simulations and pilots based on real data and feedback from operators.
   • Technology Partner. You become part of the UDIH 4EU Partner Network, a long-term collaboration model that gives you access to events, expert communities and contacts with real operators.
   • Co-organiser of events. Assist in the realization of joint initiatives and conferences that enable you to position and directly contact target audiences.
